It's often difficult to choose a welcome drink and to know how much is required
so we have put together some suggestions and guidelines to assist you in your
task.
We would recommend you allow 2 glasses per person or one glass and a
top up as minimum.

We recommend you allow half a bottle per person for the
three course meal. If you wish to add a fourth course, allow for extra wine.
