Our licence allows the bar to be open until 11.00pm, however, under
extraordinary circumstances a bar extension until 11:40pm can be applied for-

Please ask when booking is made as to bar opening times as times may vary.

Should the booking be cancelled more than 60 days prior to the date of the
event the Hirer shall forfeit the Room Hire Deposit

Should the booking be cancelled more than 21 days and less than 60 days prior
to the event the Hirer shall forfeit the Room hire deposit and be charged 50%
of the estimated account

Should the booking be cancelled 21 or fewer days prior to the event the full
estimated account will be payable to the Hirer

Any postponement shall be considered a cancellation

The hirer is responsible for the preservation of good order during their time
of hire of the premises. Also for any damage that may occur to the premises. At
any booking of the premises at which members of the public are admitted, the
Hirer shall provide an adequate number of stewards who shall be present
throughout the hire period. In the event of such damage, Corinthian Sports Club
may make it good and the Hirer by acceptance of these Terms and Conditions,
will thereby be deemed to have undertaken to pay the cost of such reparation

The Hirer shall be responsible for complying with all or any licensing
requirements, by-laws, regulations or other rules governing the premises
